Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated. Payment terms are set out on each quote or invoice.

You are responsible for providing safe access, accurate information, and timely approvals so we can complete work as agreed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Work already completed may still be chargeable.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
